Who we are
RankVoxel (“we”, “us”) is a digital growth agency headquartered in Thrissur, Keralam, India, with a team in Dubai, UAE. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data through rankvoxel.com (“the website”), enquiries and job applications.

Data we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us or what is needed to run the website.
- Enquiries: name, email, company, services needed, budget, timeline, your message and the page you sent it from.
- Footer proposal box: your email address.
- Job applications: name, email, phone, location, role applied for, years of experience, notice period, current company, expected salary, languages, links to your resume, portfolio or social profiles, and your cover note.
- Communications: emails, calls and WhatsApp messages with us.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may keep standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. Your browser stores a light or dark theme preference locally, which is never sent to us.
We do not currently use advertising cookies or analytics tools. If that changes, we will update this page first.
How we use your data
- To reply to enquiries, prepare proposals and deliver services.
- To assess job applications and contact applicants.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal data and we do not make automated decisions that significantly affect you.
Legal basis and consent
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form, and for other uses the law permits. Where the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) applies to you, we process data on consent or another basis that law allows. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
International transfers
Our team works from India and the UAE, and our service providers may process data in other countries. We take reasonable steps to make sure your data stays protected wherever it is handled.
How long we keep data
- Enquiries: while relevant to our relationship with you, and normally no longer than 24 months after our last contact.
- Job applications: up to 12 months after the hiring decision, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or agree to a longer period.
We then delete or anonymise the data, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Security
We use HTTPS and limit access to personal data to people who need it. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents such as government ID numbers unless we ask for them.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a summary of the data we hold about you, correct it, erase it, or stop using it. You can withdraw consent and nominate another person to exercise your rights if you cannot. If we cannot resolve your concern, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to the UAE Data Office where it has jurisdiction.
Children
The website is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Third-party links and images
Our pages link to social platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X, and some images load from images.unsplash.com, which may receive your IP address when they load. These sites have their own privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
